I've been reading about people saving hundreds by using clearlycontacts.ca. I have heard a lot of good about them but I was just wondering if anyone had any troubles with them or the glasses? (I know they have a return policy, still just curious to see what experiences people have had)
I was thinking about having an eye exam sometime in the near future since it's been a couple years since my last one, and I was looking into getting a new pair from clearlycontacts. If you have anything to share about them, please do!This thread is currently associated with: ClearlyContacts.ca

I've had no problems with them. I like their speedy delivery and ease of payment. I did get the free glasses from the offer last year and love them. I also regularly buy my contacts from them.

I regularly buy my contacts from them too. They're the cheapest I've found, plus you can always find a coupon code for them too. My 74 year old mom orders her contacts from them also!

Gosh I think im up to almost 10 pairs of glasses from them. Customer service is nice, theyll exchange or refund no worries! Shipping is usually speedy, anywhere from overnight to a week... depends how busy they are and if they just had a "free" promo.
Always search out promo codes before you buy, oh and check out the coastalcontacts.com as well its the same site but its in USD and sometimes you can find better discount codes and or the pair you want is WAY cheaper!
I have ordered from Coastal before when the glasses I wanted were 50$ cheaper then Clearly. The funny thing is they ship from the SAME place in Vancouver! So no duties
On a side note I highly suggest you spend a while at the optometrists or whereever trying on glasses etc to figure out what size and style suits you best. Also make your your eye dr includes you PD on the prescription (distance between eyes)

They go out of their way to make sure it's a positive experience. I've had to return 3 pairs of glasses. The first two because they were much much larger than I was expecting (sometimes measurements don't add up the same) and the third pair because they reversed my script. Each time, the shipping was paid for my clearlycontacts, and communication was thorough and constant. Love them!

I was lucky enough to grab a pair of the free glasses, too, but they were ridiculously large on my face (even though the numbers were almost exactly the same as my current glasses). Since it was so far off, the CS agent I spoke with said that they would give me a refund on the shipping I paid. Weeks went by and it never came, and after emailing and not getting a response, I finally called. I was told that since I paid online, they couldn't do a refund. I was surprised since I had already been told that one would be issued, and that fact is not mentioned anywhere on their site. I did eventually get a cheque sent out to me, but it took a couple of months and repeated calls and emails.
That being said, though, I know of lots of folks who have had fantastic experiences with the company. If I was able to pick a pair that I had tried on and loved, I would probably give them another shot - but I'd just be careful to make sure to put it on my credit card!
