to answer your question, this panel is a new one if you put the name in google you will find just a few information : noting bad and surveypolice.com give a rate of 83%...It is the same situation when surveyhead start last 2 years now.The only think i don't know how many surveys you can receive? but it is sure the are 100% legit.

"We started in 2003. There are three principal owners. Myself, Joel Leon, and Eric Thomas.
Joe and I have been in the survey business both fielding surveys and teaching the subject for more than 30 years. Eric Thomas is our webmaster who has been a programmer since late 1980's and exclusively doing websites since 1996. We can handle any type of economic and social research. Joe has been a professor in the California system. I have been an independent consultant and lecturer in Hawaii working for World Bank, USAID, State of Hawaii, National Housing Authority of Thailand as well as smaller organizations and projects."
