Pharmasave Brag and GRRRRRRRRRRR

We went to our local Pharmasave - I prepared with a list and had coupons ready - our brag, my DH loves to shop as much as me, 2 Tide, 4 Cover Girl Mascara, 3 Satin Care, 2 Puffs, 2 Tampax and L'Oreal Natural Match clearance for 6.49 less 6.00 .49 each, We paid 15.00 including taxes BUT with the following challenges.
We arrived at 11:00 am - of the 15 items 4 scanned wrong - 2 were caught by cashier - 2 by me after I paid. Of the 15 items 9 had incorrect shelf prices in that they had not been marked yet, 2 were the clearance items, 2 were the puffs that scanned wrong so only Tide was right and the only reason it was correct on the shelf was they had a limit of 1.
Since I had done my prep from our email flyer - I had to look for a flyer - not one was out -they were all in a box behind the cashier???? Then I had to try and find the right C/G mascara, etc.
I have sent off a complaint - what I didn't say in the complaint is if they don't want to participate then don't advertise though I know they have no choice but come on it isn't every day and I am sure they don't give deals on the prescriptions that support these businesses!!!

oh brother....hate when those things happen. Are they participate in SCOPE, suppose to get stuff FREE, isn't it ???

got tagged with 4.99 for 6double rolls cashmere, . noticed when i left store back in i went and they refunded me... then still cost me 2.79 for the special,,, no scope on that one.. but I have to mention the ass manager and cashier usually don't do the front end cash.... getting good training on coupons on a day like today...too think I"m going back there tomorrow...
