My brag started last night with getting together with Starkith for a movie courtesy of the cereal coupons aand snacks courtesy of the tacos. We saw the new Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler movie, and did coupons and coffee afterward (Saved $15 by using coupons!)

Today I headed back to the theatre with a couple of my girls to see Gnomeo and Juliet in 3D. Again we used the coupons for admission, 3 snacks, and I splurged on a Yogen Fruz. Admission would have been 45.00 and another 20.00 for snacks - total OOP = $13 (Saved $52 with the coupons!)

I cut off the cable this week because our promo introductory price was ending, and today saw a banner ad for Netflix while checking my email. Since the first month is free, (and I pay 9.99 for Blockbuster Favorites), I thought I would give it a try. Wow, I am impressed! I set it up on the wii in a few minutes and we watched Bride Wars, Slumdog Millionaire, and the kids caught some Veggie Tales and Barney. It doesn't have all the new releases, but for free this month and 7.99 if we keep it after, it is fantastic. Its -20 outside today and I didn't make 5 trips to blockbuster for movies! (will save 9.99 on Blockbuster Favorites for next month + not paying for fuel in my car!)

We have 3 more movie admissions to use on Sunday, but I guess there is an unbrag for that -- apparently my tween is dragging me to Bieber 3D!

I have saved over $1320 with coupons since Dec 30/10! (+ at least another 700 in sales!)

Be careful with Nertflix, it takes up to 1GB of your internet bandwidth per hour.

Haha, its actually a pretty good movie! I was definitely impressed, and I felt really bad for him when he was crying... I didn't really expect to like the movie, but it was entertaining... Not sure how it will be now that there is like 45 more min on it...
In 2010/11 I used over $7700 in coupons!
My 2012 goal is $6000 in coupons!
