Thanks Nancy It's one thing I haven't tried and it is definitely worth giving it a shot. I just worry because he's such a picky eater and he's so skinny because he doesn't each much anyway. But I am going to try!

i'm lucky my boys love healthy food

and yes junk food too but they always eat their fruits and veggies and they love whole wheat bread too

I hide cauliflower in homemade mac and cheese and I try to grate up a lot of veggies into meatloaf. I have a good cookbook for "hiding" food... it's by Jerry Seinfeld's wife.

My youngest is a fruit fiend... he adores all kinds! He likes veggies too. I've been making homemade smoothies the last few days so that's a good way to get some good stuff into them!
