... last summer my next door neighbour called the city on us for hanging the laundry out in my back yard ... and the only way they see my back yard is looking through their upstairs windows

City came and just says he's here to make a "seen" and telling me that my neighbour made a complaint on me ... he checked out when we hang and said it's find then left
