I tried - said it was rubbish and since when, asked to see manager since i've dealt with him before but got the head cashier instead
My french was a bad this morning so i asked her if she spoke English..well lets just say my french on a bad day is way better than her English on a good day
They said it was new and came from the accountant at head office.No coupons on stuff on sale!
I left.
Then had to go back in cos i'd forgotten my coupons - saw some guy ..he's a Manager in training.. and asked him to see what his answer was.Told them they'd get reimbursed, bla bla, bla Of course what does he do- goes in the back to talk to the head cashier and get clarification
Same old answer- though i made it clear i wasn't a happy camper and i'd be calling head office and calling when the real Manager was back on Monday!

Irks me cos i had asked the Manager if he had a prob with coupons when i'd seen him before...he said no problem. And this is what happens
I drive out of my way for this darn place cos they never gave me aproblem before and usually the staff are nice and BILINGUAL for days when i'm having issues with my french.
Don't tell me i have to look for a new sdm??!!

No thats right - i go to an sdm in Hull even though there are 3 nearer me cos the others all give me problems when i use coupons..that infamous One per purchase thing...or in one sdm case one coupon per transaction regardless!
