I brown them and then cook them right in with the potatoes. It's so yummy!!! I just haven't decided if I feel like peeling potatoes, lol! If I was just doing pork chops I would dredge them in flour and fry them with some seasoning salt.

lol I am having a hard time figuring out dinners since Andrew started this new job....It is just me and Kayla for dinner but then he still needs something he can have when he gets home from works

My Dad gets home after we have supper and I just make him a plate and put it in the fridge for him to throw in the microwave

Mmm, love leftover casserole! I usually make a few on the weekend and throw them in the freezer for nights I don't want to cook! I like cooking but it's hard because the kids are so picky

My little guy isn't that bad but Christian wouldn't touch meat if he was starving to death, lol. He's kinda screwed because he's not big on veggies either!
