Anyway - i saw your post about vitamins for teen girls...and made quick reply ...but i don't give my dd any vits. Only vit c in winter months when bugs are going around.
But she eats really well so i'm lucky!

Oh grief ...so i talked to someone today

This older woman i sometimes see when i walk the woof(though not in awhile!)
Asked her how she was(as you do!).....and she starts telling me how dh is in hosp dying....he's had diabetes(which i knew), a leg amputated, 4 bypass surgeries....cancer of the ear.....

See the reason i don't talk to people is cos what on earth am i supposed to say after that...
OK so i did utter something but that poor woman...AND she lost her mother this year Some people just have bad thing after bad thing happen

On a personal level, I think i should just become a hermit!
