Smart Source coupons, who received in Scarborough, ON

I live in Scarborough, ON and I am not receiving any smart source, red plum and P & G since December. I don't know who delivers the flyer in my area since I don't see her and the other lady who leaves on my street does the same job, I am asking her since december and she tells me no coupon. I don't know what to do.
