You have to see some of the outfits on Fifth Avenue today. There was a man in a pair of short shorts with a tee shirt. A 300 pound girl with plaid white and green Bermuda shorts and shamrocks pasted on her face with an enormous button that said hug me I am Irish. The streets are packed with kids.

It was 46 degrees when i saw the man and the girl!!!
