Hey All,
You only get a FPC if you are expecting a baby (New Parents Pack~see baby Freebies section) OR if you have a legitimate complaint/ concern with one of their products, Aveeno, Neutrogena, Tylenol, etc..... Some people have randomly gotten FPC's instead of their monthly 2 'regular' coupons and I'm guessing it's only because a new J&J employee was the one taking the call/ packaging the envie...

When I call I actually say, "I'm calling to order this month's coupons", and they're really great. They will give you a reference number that they want you to write down so the following month they can quickly pull up your address. (If you don't write down the reference number, it's not a big deal - they'll find your info by your telephone number). Their call centre is actually in the States, but they send out Canadian coupons. I agree with what others have said; they are very friendly!
