FYI may 9th is mothers day

It may be covered under one of your topics, but I really need you to explain how you always manage to use coupons for more than the cost of the product. (e.g. $2 off of a product for $1 - should they give you $2 off your total bill, or adjust the coupon to $1, or other. I hate when stores try to refuse the coupon especially when its only 1 cent over)

Another suggestion is to go on a field trip to Square One after class so people can put to use what they learn.

as far as me using coupons over the price of the product, this all depends on the cashier you get and what kind of mood they're in. i've been turned down before and just go back to another cashier.

thats great that your doing this. i have had people suggest the same thing to me many times too, but i just am not organized enough to put it in action and actually entertain people while teaching them... never would have made a good school teacher! LOL...
that and i find the people that suggest it to me are the ones that i know whould never make it as a coupon-er they want all the deal but dont want to put the time into clipping and hunting down the coupons! lol
I also get suggestions for couponing for other people and doing their grocery shopping for a fee... right like i dont have a hard enough time already finding and then using the coupons for myself let alone someone else!
