Thanks to everyone for their kind thoughts. No firm offer yet but the owner of the company said to hubby that he thought he was "the one" but they have a process where he has to meet a bunch of people first. We are awaiting the firm dollar figure offer any day. He also has a backup offer...not as quite as good but still a great job.

There are many of life's simpler pleasures that I am very thankful for, but I need to mention a biggie.
I'm thankful for the brilliant cardiac surgeon who gave me a new heart valve and saved my life.
I'm thankful that my husband didn't jump ship.

    I'm thankful for Tidytaurus! :D

A little while ago I was one here snarking about kijiji and people not wanting some of my entertainment units. We talked, and today her and her DH came and picked them up for her DD. They were so nice and friendly, and she gave me a wonderful present of handmade soaps! They smell sooooooo good. I had no idea she was an Etsy seller! It was a delightful experience and more than made up for the stupid people on Kijiji. I'm so glad the furniture found an appreciable home.

Thank you, Tidytaurus, for being a wonderful person. :3

I am thankful for the little things in life that make me smile...like having someone thank me for my help. It makes me feel so good about myself and about life in general.
