I have some pretty controlling anxieties which has stopped me from getting a mammogram. After 7 years of knowing I have to go, my mom getting breast cancer twice (she's doing well) I finally went. I could hardly talk while I was there. Well the next 13 days were not good. Every day past the 9th day waiting for that letter to come got worse. Well I got my letter and I'm "normal". Phew! All that anxiety for nothing. I know better but the mind plays games. It's horrible.

i'm thankful for coupons! :lol:

I am thankful that you are "normal", you are also normal in being human and worrying. Been there, done that.

I am thankful my surgery (appendectomy) went well and all my wonderful friends and family who helped me through the process :)

That's a lot to thankful for; get well soon!
Easy on the heavy lifting, hot, cold and spicy foods; eat small bites well-chewed, rest often, and take good care of yourself. :smile:

I am so thankful that the spot the optometrist saw in my eye last Sept has totally disappeared. DH has issues with his eyes and can`t drive anymore so I have to keep on top of things with mine.
