Thankful for same wife of 24 years today! Can't see how she puts up with me (honest!) Today could very well be hotter than our wedding day was.
Thankful for the Air Conditioner I live by.

Air Conditioning!!!! This heat wave is crazy!!! :)
I'm very thankful to God that a cool wind came up this morning and cooled my house from the heat wave. Lately, I've been feeling very sick from heat prostration and edema, so it was wonderful not to have to wet my hair every half hour and wear wet clothing all day & night in order to keep cooler. And this afternoon, my kitchen fan finally got fixed. (almost 4 years without a good-working kitchen fan, but we fixed it today)
Im thankful for codeine and ibuprofen! LOL, will be glad when my teeth are healed and they dont throb!
I am thankful for my family and good friends! I am thankful for health! I am thankful for SC and my new friends here. I am thankful for the ROAK I just received in the mail from loftywater! I am thankful for the tiny little pieces of paper that I spend so much time with each week and all the joy and security they bring me and my family!

My monkey suit has changed styles a few times in my 34 years but I still call it my monkey suit and I do wear it proudly.

Thankful for a daughter who played a great game of Soccer tonight, a boyfriend who is understanding and caring, a son who is a good scholar and a gentleman, and last but not least my four legged girls.. the cat and the dog.
Also thankful for the honey lemon tea my daughter gave me as part of my birthday gift! :)
