    Thankful that my son's ok after twisting his ankle today it was swollen like an egg. Poor guy

    Eri & Harketsmom!

    I had him elevate it, then we put a bag of ice against it, soaked it in a tub w/ epson salts and got him my bf's old crutches from out of the closet. Also some Advil. Poor guy

    And yuppers HM, it's lil ol' me in the pic (blushing from the compliment)

    Any time hubby hurts himself, which is more often than I'd like,(he works with cranes) the Dr's say use the RICE formula..
    Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation...

    Sounds like you have it all under control already

    Anyway, I thought that was you but wasn't 100% sure...
