Today my niece took me to get blood work done and then picked up a few groceries
I am thankful that despite my pain and tears.I can still get out of bed and out of the house,knowing there are others who are not as fortunate.
That my brother finally stopped by for lunch and a little visit. I love him dearly but don't get to see him nearly often enough.
although I have been known to whine over driving my DD around I am thankful that today was perfect for being near the RCSS, participated in some good sales, then much thanks to rocko and My two Canadian cents for posting about the combo SDM GC discount and the CT LED lightbulb sale!!
Thankful it's the weekend and I can get some chores around the house done.

I had my appointment with the prosthetics clinic & i am feeling much more comfortable now. It was getting difficult getting around. I know my mobility will never be what it once was, but I will take this improvement. There are so many advances that are available now in artificial limbs, however our health care system will be a bit on the slow side of town when it comes to catching up & keeping a bit more up to date.
I am thankful to be mobile.
