    Got out of bed this morning and walked outside in the beautiful sunshine and comfortable temperature. That said, my body hurt afterwards but at least I am able to move and walk! Life is good!

    thankful for spending a wonderful morning with 3 of my grandkids. We went strawberry picking and then had hot dogs and greasy fries. They definitely keep me young and on my toes.
