    this is actually for yesterday but I am so thankful for my appointment with my specialist/surgeon went well and my back is healing the way it is supposed to!!! Now to just get through the rest of the recovery process... The next stage is Physio and stuff so that will be interesting and possibly not too fun but at least it was good news and no bad news like I have had before!

    That's great news! Thank you for your concern for me! It's just day surgery - But I haven't had in 8 years so nervous!
