I recently contacted St Ives to let them know there was a spelling error on the back of the bottle and I told them how much I loved their products. This is what I received in the mail today.

"Thank you for taking the time to contact Alberto Culver Company regarding your intrest in our St Ives products. We are pleased to hear from our customers. It's nice to see that a customer will take the time out of their busy schedule to let us know of their satisfaction with our product. We appreciate you contacting us regarding our products."

Included in the envelope was:

I never received an e-mail either the envelope just came. So hopefully you get something too!!

I emailed them months ago about how much I love their apricot scrub (have been using it for over 10 yrs). Never heard anything back or received anything

check your Junk mail. I called them about this and they said to check my junk mail, and there i found their e-mail....

When you informed them of the error on their product, that was actually doing them a favour so they could correct it and improve their product image, so no wonder they sent you some return. Way to go!
I sometimes email companies when I really like their products; some are hard to contact, some I never hear from, and occasionally I receive an email of acknowledgement.
I used to buy most of my products in the Dollar Store, and only switched to name brand products in the last 1 1/2 years, so I just like telling companies how much I enjoy their promotions and products.

Thanks for all the comments and the thumbs up everyone!!! I went to Shoppers and got Noxzema cleansing cream with the FPC and then I found a clearence rack that had Nair ready to use wax strips 40 in a box+4 moisturizing towelettes reg. $16.49 on sale for $2.00!!! Can you believe it. I Paid $4.52 for 2 boxes plus the Noxzema. It was a good day!
