Home Hardware doesn't have the AC's they advertised

We just went too Home Hardware for no reason other than to buy one of the portable air conditioners they had in the flyer that started yesterday that cam out today.
They don't have any . No one has any. The warehouse doesn't have any. And they're not getting any.
I'm sorry but why do you advertise something you don't have? I also like how they have no contact info on thier website to tell them how mad you are
So don't bother wasting your time like we did going to look.

Although I agree with Natalka about the possibility of distribution problems, the stores should have been advised and some replacement should have been made.

There was no make or model specified which pisses me off even more because if there was a shortage from one supplier they could have got another brand. Like when Sobey's advertises Lillydale turkey & puts "utility" turkey on instead
And I did email them. They make thier flyer 6 months in advance which gives them plenty of time to get the product in stock. And then they tried to argue it was "locally owned & operated" & to call the owner. No we called around & no Hardwares had them & said the same thing that the warehouse never had them & wouldn't be getting them.
It's just like everything else they advertise that we go there for & they tell us we have to order it. No thank you. I will keep my money until I can purchase the item somewhere where I can take it home now instead of in 2 months. And then I go next door to Castle or to Regina to Home Depot. I really don't know how they stay in business
