My take is this, Couponers aren't jerking the stores around, spend the day trying to use a coupon and you find out the stores are the ones jerking chains. It makes me mad because they get their money back when they send in the coupon. So lets see, if they don't want the coupon than they loose a say and the company that provided the coupon should be notifide that the the store doesn't want to sell thier product. Try using a printable coupon at some stores, they look at you and laugh like you just decided to make your own coupon! Sweet Jesus, help me out!
