is this the freebie paper?? where approx are they located? (is there random boxes around with this paper in it.. i live in town and none of the intown freebie papers carry the insert)

I would love to know too. I checked the Saanich paper (we don't get delivery so this was at a stand by Red Barn) ...lots of flyers but no SmartSource or RedPlum .... new to all this couponing so still trying to pick this all up.... TY
