taking inserts

My dad was kind enough to buy three papers for me, as all the papers with the brandsaver insert were sold out . I forgot to tell him to check the paper to make sure the insert was in it...yup you guessed it all 3 papers had no insert. I know they came in the Calgary Herald today b/c a friend got hers.

Please think about the $ you are saving by using the coupons and just buying the paper so others who do pay for the paper get the full value for their $. I am very disappointed.
