Thanks for all your encouragement! You all are great! I love SC. Some have asked about my training. From October of 2008 to February 2009 I took 5 classes (one a month). The classes were given at MIchaels craft store by a Wilton instructor. After those classes I use the internet and research different techniques and I even watch alot of video courses on Youtube. I still have alot to learn, Every cake has a story and a lesson behind it

As far as recipes, I use alot of the wilton recipes but I have found that for basic flavors the Betty Crocker cake mixes are best. I know it may seam weird to some to use a box mix but I have more compliments about the taste of those than I do when I make the cake from scratch. (they are ALMOST fool proof too). By using cake mixes it keeps the cost down as well.
Anyway, Thanks for the kind words. you all are great!

Hey Badkins,
I took the same Wilton classes...they were a lot of fun. I mostly make cakes for family but like you do a lot of internet searching for different ideas. Like you I use Betty Crocker cake mixes. Great job on the rabbit it is super cute!
