    great deals - cant understand it i shop zellers all the time buy things on sale and pricematch and use coupons on top of price matching -i think some cashiers are making up thier own rules- you should talk to the supervisor or manager

    My most recent shop at Zellers I needed to PM to SDM for Dole Sparklers and I had coupons and my SPC. The cashier was refusing to give me my flyer back as she said she needed it for proof of giving the PM. I informed her that wasn't the case and blah blah blah that it was new policy. I then retorted with that I still needed it to continue shopping elsewhere. She said she would give it back to me but she would et in trouble for doing it for me. I told her that I would be contacting HO about this issue and suggested that she should be offended by the company she works for that they don't even trust her enough to have visually verified the PM....she was still B!thcy.

    I did speak with the store manager and she wasnt going to do it for me. I dont understand why they care they get the money back anyhow

    lots of Zellers have an 'in-house' rule about keeping the flyer for 'proof' of the PM'd price........(in case of audits).......

    Zellers can be ridiculous! I always have issues with the one near my house. Half the staff do not understand English and the other half totally evaporate from the sales floor when you need them. I have had so many problems with signage that says one price, yet ring up as a completely diff price that I have taken pictures of the signage!! One of my current co workers left Zellers for our store and when I asked what their training was like, she told me that because she spoke English all she needed to learn were the policies. She had 2 hrs worth of training before being put on the cash register. WTH!!! It is no wonder that we all have so many problems @ Zellers!!
