I haven't been yet, but apparently Rexall downtown is starting to clear off their shelves as they are hoping to open at the new store in June.

I'm not sure if anyone is really interested, but I made Orange Blueberry Bran Muffins today, and they are seriously one of the BEST muffins I've ever made! I used the All-Bran cereal I got at SDM for $0.99/box and they are SOOOOOOO good!

Here's a pic:

And if anyone is interested, here's the recipe (I modified the one I got from the Kellog's website above, here's my version):
Orange Blueberry Bran Muffins
3 cups flour
5 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
3 cups All-Bran Original cereal
1½ cups milk
1 cup orange juice
2 tbsp orange rind, grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
½ cup vegetable oil
1½ cups packed brown sugar
2 cups frozen blueberries
Streusel Topping (optional):
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp cinnamon
Combine in a small bowl with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins right before baking.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Combine cereal with milk, orange juice, and orange rind. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Add eggs, oil and brown sugar, mix and set aside.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Gently fold the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, just mixing until blended (do not over mix). Fold in frozen blueberries (do not thaw, or your muffins will be purple) and immediately fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 20-22 minutes, or until muffins are brown on top.
Yeild: approximately 2 dozen muffins

Great shopping free*is*best.
I picked up a few Easter clearance items yesterday, the youngest will be home for "Easter" next week, and his basket (cardboard box lol) is stuffed!
No coupons but awesome deals.
He is a scrawny thing, so he can eat all the junk he wants. Life is just not fair...
