I recently bought two tubes of Crest Advanced 3D white toothpaste (and full price as this was before I found SC's)...
Anyways, when I opened the first tube, the cap broke off at the hinge... which kinda sucked, but I dealt with it.
And then the same thing happened when I opened the second one..
So I called Crest... and they are sending me 2 FPC'S.

I love that toothpaste & so far have had no issues with the cap so hopefully your bad luck is a fluke becuase the way it stands is makes it my fave toothpaste tube
