I also had an issue at LD only wanting to PM the 1st item - FYI I sent them an email to clarify and will let you all know what they come back with. I did check with a friend and she said that it was her understanding that they are supposed to PM all quanties UNLESS the competitor has stated a limit in the flyer (i.e. Limit 4 per family, etc) - which makes sense.

    Again - WOW & WTG!!!!
no retail store is obligated to offer PM's.......it's done as a 'favour' to their regular customers....so they don't have to drive all over town to get the other items they would like to purchase on sale.

LD's 'official policy' is to offer one PM....(and only if it doesn't fall below their lowest sale price on that item)...................allowing more than one PM is left completely up to each store's in-house store manager.

Your exactly right, and a lot of times if u just call and check what LD sale price is and compare it, they will normally honour it for you since its only a dollar or two diff. So in this case, I found out that when LD diapers go on sale they list them for $15.99. I wanted four at $13.99 and the rest at $14.99. The manager wasnt willing to lose my buisness over a dollar. He also happened to mention that they dont make money on the diapers, they make money on moms coming in a buying other things, which now since they have been so amazing to me, I always make a point to go there for other needs even if I do not have coups. The butterfly effect if you will
