I'm new to SC..but am super excited about learning to stack and coupon hunt. I had the 5$ off WUB3, the buy deodorant and get the free body wash, and the 4$ off fusion razor. My friend had used all her coupons(4 sets) at walmart and the girl let her do it for all of them. I went in ther all excited to try using all mine(hoping they would let me use all 3 coupons since i had three items). I first priced matched to superstore since they had the razors for 6.99..she let me but had to call someone to verify. Then she said she thought i couldn't use the 5$ off, since i was using coupons for the other 2! She called someone and he wouldn't let me! GRR!
But i feel i still did pretty good, saved:

8$ off original price of razor
    2.49 off deodorant(was on clearance for 2$)
    3$ off body wash(was free)
plus i work at walmart so i got a 10% off

I paid 4.35$ for all..really wished i could have used the 5$ off one but i think i still did pretty good with a total savings of over 14$ and i can use the 5$ off on other products too!

Our LD in red deer is going out of gillette products so i couldn't use them there

I ended up getting another another $4 off razor coupon so i took it to Superstore where they had the gillete fusion(phenom) razor for 4.94 so i paid .94
They also had gillete shaving cream for 1.64 so i got 2 and a deodorant for 2.64 and used my $5 off coupon, so i got all 3 for .92! Yay for me!

yes, your friend got lucky and the cashier was right that she didn't take the $5 off coupon..that is called stacking and only allowed at LD!
there are many forums on here that you can read about before you try and stack so that you know the rules and don't get frustrated!
My referral link to ShopperArmy! You and I will both share $5 once you reach $10!

To do this would have had to buy
    1 Gillette fusion razor
    1 Gillettte Deoderant
1 Gillette (satin care is only 1.96)
    1 Gillette Body wash
Then you could have used buy deoderant get body wash free, save 4$ on fusion razor, buy 3 save $5
With your 10% it would have cost you 1.75 for all 4
Hope this helps clearify it for you

You did well...WM doesn't allow stacking..only LD does , so your friend just got lucky at WM so don't feel bad you did great .

Use the $ 5 off WUB 3 Gillette products on Gillette Foam Shave (311 g ) or Gillette Shave GEL ( 198 g )..( Both are For Men .. if a man in your family needs it . )

    Each is only $ 1.96 @ WM .

So if you buy 3 of them it will only cost you ONLY 0.88 ( Almost FREE ) after the $ 5 off WUB 3 coupon .

BTW , Shoppers Drug Mart will also have the Gillette Shave Gel on sale for $ 1.99 this Saturday ONLY so you can use the $ 5 WUB 3 @ SDM also if you want .

    Shave Foam : $ 1.96 @ WM

    Shave Gel $ 1.96 @ WM

Thanks for all the advice! I knew walmart didn't stack but i thought that maybe, since i had 3 items and 3 coupons..i could do it..and since my friend was able to..oh well. I guess i will just stay with the LD(they were out of gillete stuff though). I will use the 5$ off on other products(3 shaving creams maybe) and still do pretty good! Thanks again everyone!

You did great! That reminds me... I have to use my $4 off fusion razor before it expires... (its on sale at my walmart a value pack with bonus mini body wash + mini shave gel... for $8 so I'd only be paying $4.... hmm)

Its funny last time I was in walmart I saw these gillette mach 3 razor refills with a bonus fusion razor! I thought that was pretty funny because like why wouldn't they put a bonus mach 3 razor in there??? I guess to get people addicted to the fusion? so they have to buy those refills 2???

But yah you definitly did awesome!
In 2010/11 I used over $7700 in coupons!
My 2012 goal is $6000 in coupons!

Hi Muddy Puddles! - sometimes my head starts to spin when I read advice about how to get the best price but then I take a deep breath - get out my coups and actually walk myself through it and then go to the store (sometimes to find they don't have those products at my store - you know the bloodcurdling scream you've heard sometimes from the gillette department - well - I hate to admit it but........)
As you practise, things get easier. These are the real gurus you can learn wonderful things from on here, for sure!
