Just got my first coupons from these sites. The websaver looks rather official but save.ca is pretty much just like a glossy printable.

Never have for me. They should say right on them that they're printed and mailed on behalf of the manufacturers.

No, I have never encountered any issues with either.
I don't think stores view them the same as they do a printable coupons, since it's obvious that you didn't print them...
