okay so first off im one of those annoying newbs who asks questions without searching, though in my defense this site is overwhelming and its taken me 20 minutes just to find this thread. Please dont hate me if this has been asked before i just dont know what else i can do to find what i need, i even looked through the suggestions and i couldnt find anything pertaining to what i am looking for so here is my problem:

I have found a few coupons i want to print off but when i try to print them my computer gets all set to print but when i hit the print button to make it print the coupon out everything just disappears and on one site i got a thank you for printing, when it didnt print, is there something i need to be able to print coupons? a program maybe? or does my computer just need a hammer through its innards
