    In Montreal, you can get it at Swiss Vienna Bakery (in Pointe-Claire Plaza in the West Island)...! I got the last 2 boxes of green tea yesterday!

    They are technically a restaurant/café too.

    the best way is to order it online. i buy my higgins burke tea from an online store www.espressobella.ca
    the way i found them is from this post http://www.espressobella.ca/Specialty_Tea_Canada.html
    they have all the blends and i always find it's really fresh stuff.
