Does it actually take about 12 weeks to recieve coupons from the survey?

I just filled this out this week. I heard from a friend it takes several weeks if not months to get your coupons. Still worth it imo

I just got my envelope last week and I did the survey over 6 weeks ago..... I think..... Well, it was a LONG time ago. But it was definitely worth it!!

Finally received mine yesterday. It took roughly 14-15 weeks to arrive, I was starting to think I wasnt going to get anything this time around!

You are all lucky! My M-I-L gets the coupons, but I never have. I e-mailed them to ask why, and sent my address . . . . keeping fingers crossed.
