gather up all your items and just stare at them? I might be a bit troubled but I just love all of my freebies (or near freebies).
I just traded something for dishwasher soap and when I got home I went to my closet and spent some alone time with my entire haul.

i totally know how you feel! i have kind of stopped ordering freebies cause i just didn't have time. my favorite was checking the mail every day and seeing if i got a freebie and that i usually had a pile of them in my bed room.

LOL @ Excel! I've been creating a spreadsheet in my mind forever!
Natalie, you should have seen me when I got home. My daughter asked why I was so excited over dishwasher soap.
Betholio - my stash is small but oh so rewarding.
I seriously can't believe how much money I used to waste!

I absolutely do! It's calming...especially on extra stressful days, or when hit by an unexpected expense...to know, well, at least I have enough laundry soap for x months, or at least I won't have to buy dishwasher detergent until September, etc...very...very calming...

Yes. I do that too! I agree that it's kind of a calming thing - knowing that I'm not going to run out of stuff that I need for a long time and there's still money in the bank because I got so much of it for free.

My kids (older teens) laugh at me. I come home and tell them what I got today. They say "did you use a coupon? or was it free mom? " A friend of my son even said "I wish my mom did this. "

Lol I do this all the time. Half of the freebies I get I know I will never use but Im addicted to getting things in the mail. So now I have a bucket of things I will probably never use that I stare at!
