The toffee is still available in individually wrapped pieces, and in a frozen dessert (formerly called ice cream). I believe it is made by Nestles in Canada, however don't quote me on that! If you thought it was a pain to eat easily back when... do not try the frozen dessert. The toffee is frozen solid and unless you want to break a tooth, warm it up, or wait until the dessert turns into soup...I found I could hardly taste the flavour of it at all.
I did see it in a box like we used to buy for 10 cents
, in a store which could have been Sugar Mountain, and at Heathrow airport.
At Sugar Mountain the price was close to $2.00 ea per 56 gram box. I have no clue of the size/weight of the 10 cent box. Did they even list the weight back then?
I am also a fan of Crunchie chocolate bars, and while waiting at Heathrow for my flight back to Canada, I came across Crunchie Nuggets. Various sizes of bite sized pieces! Amazing.... yummmmmmm....
It is not available anywhere else. I called the manufacturer in the US they had no clue what it was and on their UK website it wasn't listed either
Apparently is is available on Yahoo uk...
If any of you are heading to the UK terminal 5 @ Heathrow, keep me in mind for those Crunchie Nuggets... I will be your bestest friend for ever and ever!!! Cross my heart....

Have not been near a computer since Friday. Have not even caught up to present thread. From what I have read, two responses come to mind. Big congratulations to Karl! And I too, turn off the Q when Saul Korman comes on. He is one of the most annoying people on the radio.

That's a good thought, but I've never had allergies. I ache all over, have a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes, glands, whatever. Like rockit said: 'blah.' A little woozy, too, but that's probably from not eating due to the sore throat.
Had to take my daughter to gymnastics so being out and about made me feel a little better - that, and a vanilla milkshake!
