new to couponing... need help

Hi everyone, I went out today to WM and used my coupons for the ziplocks. Also used coupons for drano. I am having a really hard time finding coupons for any kind of shampoo. Also how do you get multiple coupons for one item? Amazed at you people getting 20 bottles of shampoo! Abit reluctant to buy coupons off ebay. Has anyone done that successfully? thanks

When you're new it feels like everyone else has a million coupons and you have none. When I started all of one month ago I received a lot of advice from this board.

Here are the ways you can get coupons, including multiples:

• Look for tear pads in stores, WM has zero of these, but stores like SDM, Metro, Zellers will likely have some. Take 3-4 of the tear pad coupons at a time (don't be greedy, you'll find duplicates at any other store most likely)
• Look for the various coupon flyers that come in your newspaper and free local paper and amongst your flyers. Yesterday there was a rouge magazine, free 2L coke and the monthly red plum insert.
• Sign up for the online sources of coupons and request the new ones every opportunity you can. Read the boards regularly and you'll see when this happens.
• Trade with folks from here. Many people are offering packets of coupons for as little as 4 P stamps.
