Did anyone use the $2 printable stayfree coupon today to get free pads? Just wondering if anyone had a problem using it since they are cheaper than the coupon?

Where did you get the printable coupon? If it's the one from the SC printable section I believe the pads in the SDM flyer are Carefree not Stayfree so I don't think you can use it.

Great! Thanks for posting the link for me. I'm going to give it a try on Monday at SDM as well as $1 off clorox (on for 99cents) so I will know then if they allow the overage, adjust the coupon value or tell me no. Hopefully someone else will have an answer before then.

Just printed off the stayfree coupon and it says March 2011 expiry. Double check the date before you go to make sure you aren't disappointed.

i was told my store doesn't accept printables and wasn't able to use just one of the stayfree coupons. the cashier was trying to be diplomatic, but she said that it is because most online coupons tell you to come in and get the real coupon from the store.... ?. she also said it was a management decision so i didn't argue, i just smiled and said it was unfortunate. i guess i will be writing sdm head office. sigh.

I used both the Clorox and the Stayfree coupons with no problem but I always buy something extra otherwise the register will refuse the coupons because it's taking off part of the taxes.

aw you were luckier than me! i spent 100 dollars in that same transaction and they wouldnt let me use the one 1.99 coupon. i would've been a bit more agreeable if they said it was because they can't adjust the penny, but it was just a flat out refusal. i think i will not be shopping at that location anymore.

Odd, when I click on the link, it shows the expiry as December 31, 2011.

I missed out on being able to use it today, but am going to try to use it tomorrow - $0.99 for pads is WAY better than the $5 or whatever it was I've been paying for Always at Co-Op along with my regular groceries!

Thanks to all of the SCers who help us find all these great deals!

I saw that too, only when it printed, it prints as March 31, 2011. DH said they must have linked it to the wrong pdf for printing. I wrote them a comment in the contact us section and they sent me a few $2 coupons.

Yeah, that coupon is weirdo. Says Dec 2011 on the screen. Prints as March 2011. I copied it to Paint and printed it there. Used two at SDM on Monday with no problem. I also bought a bday card and a gc so as not to attract attention to the 1 cent difference.
