I really like the mushroom BB creams. It leaves a very soft matte finish look on my skin. I have normal to oily skin, and I've found that it's more suitable for the more dry months or when you're always stuck in a dry environment like my office where they run the AC non-stop brrrrrrrrrr.
What i do is use keep two types of bb creams on hand at all times. Peach Sake during the oilier months and Mushroom multicare during the drier months.

I am pretty sure it sold somewhere around asian department stores. I get a lot of my korean skincare essentials from Pacific Mall at a store called Amore. Hope that helps, ask your asian friends ( I am sure they will know)
