Usually for 95,000 points you can get $170 worth of products but on bonus redemption day SDM gives us $30 extra and for 95,000 points you will get $200.

They will have one very soon, on May 14-15. Here's the flyer:

They had $250 December redemption only once in 10 years. Hopefully SDM will do it again this year. 95,000 points = $250. They only give bonus on 50,000 and 95,000 points, nothing extra for 8,000 points.

I purchased ice cream (for donations) and worked out this deal:

    12 x Breyer's Classic ice cream 1.66 litre tub @ $6.29 each - 12 x $5.00 ice cream coupons = $15.48
(I bought the Fibre 1 cereal, with the $5.00 coupons, on sale this week. I have a brag posted.)

I used these guidelines when deciding which ice cream to purchase:

    (1) I wanted to get as close to just over $75.00 as possible to get the bonus points.
    (2) The ice cream had to be priced over $5.00 in order for the coupon to be keyed in as a 2001 (NOT a 2002 Free Product Coupon.) No bonus points are awarded for 2002 coupons.
    (3) The ice cream had to be tubs (which are not taxable) instead of novelties (which are taxed at 13% in Ontario).

I did 5 separate transactions so it came to a total of:

    60 x Breyer’s Classic ice cream @ $6.29 each – 60 x $5.00 coupons = $77.40

    SDM points from 5 x transactions (19,250 each) = 96,250 = +$200.00 on bonus redemption day

    Gotta love SDM Optimum Points!!!
