New to couponing little unsure

I'm new have been kind of lurking for a bit. I feel like I have tons of coupons. I've spent the last few weeks getting them. Yet I barley used any. I just don't feel like I use the stuff there is coupons for or i wont save money because I use a lot of no name :/ any guidance?

Some times / most of the times, you can brand names with coupons almost at the same price as no name..

All depends on what your interests are..

I have found it has taken me a few months to kind know what I am doing. most of the deals I get are at LD and zellers best bet is to wait till item is on sale then you can get a a better quality of product for the same price as a noname. With stacking at london drugs you can get a few good freebies on the more expensive personal care product. hope my info is not redundant Good luck

As other posters have stated it takes sometime to get the hang of everything. I ususally look through the sale flyers and match up my coupons to them for items I wish to purchase.
