I was excited to venture out today with my husband as he had the day off, and there were some deals I meant to get on the weekend but we were just too busy then.

So, we went to SDM, WM, Canadian Tire, Rexall, Zellers and Metro. But I'm going to combine all purchases for one big total to save time I hope I wrote it down correctly!

    Rexall:
    Pampers Easyups: @ $14.99 - $4.50 coupon = $10.49

    Metro:
    Milk @ $4.49
    H&S Conditioner @ $3.49 - $1.75 (deducted from register!) - $1.50 coupon = $0.24

    Zellers:
    x2 Fleecy @ 1.99 - $1.00 coupons = $1.98
    U by Kotex @ 4.49 - $1.50 coupon = $2.99

    Canadian Tire:
    x2 Tide @ $4.77 - $5WUB2 = $4.54

    Walmart:
    x2 3pk chicken @ $2.50 = $5.00
    Chicken bologna @ 1.37
    Juice boxes @ $2.47
Oasis juice @ $1.46 - FPC from lg. Oasis bottle = free!
    Pudding @ $0.92
    x2 Catelli pasta @ $1.27 - .75 coupons = $1.04
    x8 Ziploc @ 1.48 - Save $4 WUB2 = $+4.16
    x4 Colgate @ $0.86 = $3.44

    SDM:
    x2 Old Spice @ $2.99 - Save $3WUB2 = $2.98
    Degree @ 1.99 - $0.50 coupon = $1.49

    Total: $74.91
    Total after coupons: $39.28
    Saved: $35.63

I had a really hard time at WM with the Ziploc coupons. At first they would only take off $2.96 for both, not the entire $4. I said to them that they are getting reimbursed the entire $4 and therefor making money, I'm not trying to get cash from them, I'm going to use the overage for the rest of the purchase. I showed them the copy of the "policy" and they read it over. (One manager was a B#&@! and wouldn't even give me eye contact).

After talking to four more managers, one of which said she had never seen a coupon/transaction like mine in the four years she's worked there (haha! it's not big compared to anything I've seen on here!), they decided to honour what the coupon stated and I ended up getting $11 and change back in cash.

It was the most stressful situation, I felt like a criminal and I could feel my blood pressure rising. My daughter was getting anxious and I kept apologizing to the man behind me for taking so long at the 'til. He didn't mind and even told me his own nightmare with coupons at Home Depot, lol.

Anyway, quick synopsis, haha... it was worth it, I kept my cool and had a smile on my face, I tried my best to keep the situation positive and apologized for any inconvenience. I'm going to donate 5 boxes to my daughters school.

Great shopping! WTG I keep saying it but, I really wish Walmart was more familiar with their own coupon policy! Glad things worked out for you in the end
