B1G1 Coupon Question

Hi everyone, I'm kind of new to this and have a question about B1G1 coupons. Am I able to use a second coupon on both products (at London Drugs)?

For example, with the new Smart Source Ziploc coupons for B2G2, can I stack this with 2 of the Buy 2 get $4 off. I hope that makes sense.

LD will only take printables of up to a $3 value. If you have the websaver coupon for $2 wub2 ziploc, and tearpad coupons for $1 ziploc baggies, you could stack all those coupons though, and get $4 off of 2 boxes of baggies, then get 2 more free with the B2G2 coupon.

I hope I didn't confuse you lol. To answer your inital question, yes, but only if the printable is $3 or less. All other coupons are ok .
