when I was filling out my form for the PC/quaker promotion it says "mail in completed form (with sufficient postage).

Does this mean I include a stamp in the envelope for them to mail it back to me?
    thanks

    Hmmm, I hope not!!

I would take that as a request not to send the mail COD...if you mail a letter with insufficient postage and no return address on the outside of the envelope, the post office will require the recipient to pay the balance owing on the postage before they release the letter.

No, you don't have to include a stamp in the envelope.

I think it just means don't be a jackwagon and send the MIR postage due. Which I'm sure sometimes happens.
