Here are the way you can get Makeup Points:

Add user picture = 5 points
Create your My Pictures = 4 points
Add a Fav Product to your profile = 5 points each
Rate a Product = 1 point (max 10 daily*)
Invite a friend = 0 points
Friend accepts invite = 10 points
Comment on:
Blog Post = 1 point
Cocktail Hour = 1 point
Deals & Events = 1 point
(note - you only get points for your first comment on a post)


Also, we have affiliate buttons and banners you can put on your own web pages and social network profiles. When someone clicks on the link, you get a point! To find out more, click here!


You are limited to earning 250 points at any given time. Once you reach 250, you will stop earning points until you redeem points for a prize.
Prize redemption is limited to once every 30 days.


*a day is defined a the 24 hour period preceding the moment a vote is cast so if you have 10 or more votes in the past 24 hours, any new votes will not be awarded points until after 24 hours has elapsed.

You can redeem prizes worth 50, 150 and 250 Makeup Points.
They don't tell you exactly what the prizes are, because they send you the prize based on your profile that you fill out!
However, people have been known to get these things:


50 Points - Urban Decay Lipstick, moisturizer
150 Points - Lotion/Moisturizer (worth $60!!!)
250 Points - Large E.L.F. Eye & Lip Palette

I've already cashed out for 50 points, but it apparently takes up to 3 months for the gift to arrive.
