HELP???..on how to get back into using coupons

Hi Everyone....well it's been awhile since I have been on here and because of school and not really needing anything since I live in residence all my coupons expired and I want YOUR advice on how to get back into gathering all those coupons again and where to find those really good ones. It's going to be important this year that I find coupons as when I go back to school in the middle of august I am living in an apartment and cooking for myself for the first time ever...AHHH....hopefully I survive...

look instore .... magazine ....ask a friend to help u look around when u free

Look in stores that have a reputation for being overpriced, Loblaws/walmart rarely have them instore but other places do.

Start by ordering from save.ca, websaver.ca, gocoupons.ca, and brandsaver.ca, etc, where you will receive coupons in your mail! See this thread with all their links here, Andit has been maintaining it and doing a great job:

I'm a student too, I tend to find most of my coupons at Metro, Fortino's (or other Loblaws corp ones, most have a coupon wall now), SDM, some at Food Basics and PharmaPlus. The coupon forum is really helpful to know what coupons have been recently spotted in store also. Good luck!

Another student here!!! With the last month of ...dare I say H-E-Double Hockey sticks???....I haven't been couponing, or even checking in here!!! I get most of my coupons at Metro I find, and my husband brings home extra Red Plums & Smart Shopper from the newspapers at work, plus I have friends who save them for me.
