if anyone knows how I can format my computer, (even though I can get on the internet I am still having problems with it so I am am going to totally format C drive and D drive and start again with fresh install, btw is there a website where you can back up what you want to save???), if so can you please pm me , I have googled but I just get so much mumble jumble I don't want to totally destroy my computer, I was thinking if its not too much trouble I could give my email address and I can get some instructions/advice/help, etc. It would be very much appreciated and I do not know how I would re-pay you but I will somehow, someway, someday.
Thank You

Put the disc in....hit either F8 or F12 for the boot menu...it will ask you to boot off the CD.
Go through the steps. It will ask you which drive you want to install the OS on. You have the option to format it first.Matt
