Couponing is paying off!

Thanks to couponing and stocking up on things when they are sale, I'm seeing the benefits to my weekly budget.

I've been stocking up on sale items for the last two months and creating a mini stockpile of the things that my family of 4 uses on a weekly basis.

Because of this I was able to go grocery shopping for my family for the week for $50 instead of the $120 that it usually is.

There's something to be said for having food on hand to use!!

Using coupons and tracking the sales has changed the way I shop. Needless to say, I'll never go back to my old ways of creating a menu and shopping for the ingredients, regardless of if they are on sale or not again.

I wished I would have started shopping like this years ago!!

Awesome! I feel the same way....no more thinking about what to make for dinner and then buying the ingredients....very bad way to shop!
I've only been couponing for about a month and shopping for about two weeks with alot of coupons, and have started a little stockpile. I can't believe how different I shop now. I have always been a bargain shopper, but couponing has kicked it up to a whole new level.
It takes more time, but I love getting great deals!!!

me too I always regret the way I was shopping in the past. All those diapers and wipes wich I paid full price. I can't believe it, it is a crime to pay for full price. Really a Crime, lol.

It is amazing how much of a difference couponing makes isn't it? I've always been a sale shopper and coupon user but thanks to SC and the early fliers and coupon heads up I've been able to cut my grocery bill down in half and have way more to show for it! I'm sure it will only get better as now I'm stocked up on a few more things.

yes a big thank you for everyone who posts something that in the end helps us all and after shopping this way and i look around in other ppls carts i cant believe i used to be like them and pay full price and buy stuff that wasnt on sale!!! never again
