Isn't the smart source expired? or is there a new one? I think it would fly. I would try it anyway. Just place the coupons on different products so it is clear that you have no more than 1 coupon per item. they usually accept that. Though sometimes you have to explain your logic.

well it came today with my local newspaper and it shows expire june 11 so should have time to use them tho but other are expire in august but thats ok i will diff try to use both coupons when i do shop with the sales n see what they say..

You can stack them at London Drugs but have to adjust the $4 coupon to $3. I've done it a few times now, hope this helps.
